Our Studio has designed custom pilates flows to tone long lean muscles and target deep abdominal muscles. This type of pilates focuses on movements with lighter weights for a higher number of repetitions to build muscular endurance and stamina rather than bulk. Each class type is crafted to provide not only physical benefits but also a mental escape.
Immerse yourself in our three-signature reformer pilates classes: Sculpt, Radiate and Abs & Arms. Our Sculpt class focuses on dynamic, muscle-toning movements to shape and elongate your body. While our Radiate class takes our Sculpt class and adds a twist by adding a heated environment at 85 degrees to intensify the workout for maximum results. Our Abs & Arms class is built to tone and torch your body in a quick 30 min class.

Reformer Pilates
Our Full Body Sculpt class incorporates traditional Reformer Pilates while intensifying the training style to reach complete muscle exhaustion while flowing to carefully curated playlists. Our multidimensional technique consists of resistance, high repetition, and flexibility training on a reformer.
Reformer Heated Pilates
The Heated Reformer class takes our Sculpt class and adds a twist by using infrared heaters to heat the room to 85 degrees to intensify the workout for maximum mental and physical benefits. Infrared heat has proven to help the body release toxins, ease stress, and strengthen cardiovascular health.
Reformer Heated Pilates
Introducing our new class format Abs & Arms. This class was inspired by our founder’s hockey & figure skating background and will include supercharged class 30 minutes of Abs & Arms work for the ultimate toning on the reformer.
